Contacting the Blythe Office: In Person
Our office conducts business from 7:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on business
days Monday through Thursday. Please note that our Blythe office will
be closed every Friday effective August 14, 2009. Blythe customers
may continue to contact us by telephone on Fridays but interviews will
not be available on Fridays. All other Riverside Department of Child
Support Services branch offices will be open on Fridays during normal
business hours including the Indio branch. In addition, you may still
contact us by mail, telephone, fax, and/or e-mail as provided on the

Us page of our website. During the hours provided above, you may
drop off documents or pick up a
Case
Status Request form. Interviews are conducted on a walk-in, no appointment basis between the hours of
8:30 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. If needed, the Blythe Office may, upon request, set up a specific appointment
for you.
Payments may be made in person between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. on business days at the
Riverside, San Jacinto or Indio office.
