Contacting the Riverside Office: In Person
Our office conducts business from 7:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on business days. During these
hours, you may drop off documents or pick up a Case
Status Request form. Interviews are conducted on a walk-in, no appointment basis between the hours
of 8:30 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. If needed, the Riverside Office may, upon request, set up a specific appointment for you.
Payments may be made in person between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. on business days at the
Payment Processing counter of the Riverside office only.
